Ford African American Scholars Program This program, in association with the United Negro College Fund, is designed to provide selected African American college students a unique educational opportunity through scholarships and networking opportunities with Ford Motor Company. In addition to the online application, each applicant must provide an official transcript, an essay detailing his/her personal and professional goals, a letter of recommendation from a faculty member and a resume. These materials are uploadable to the online application; applications must be submitted electronically. Students who have participated in the Ford Motor Company's PAS program are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. Eligible majors include Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Marketing, Operations Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
