Dell Internship Program Through the Dell Internship Program, we provide top-caliber students with an opportunity to develop real-world skills in an environment that encourages personal and professional growth. And when you’re finished, you may be offered a full-time position at Dell. Our Internship Program is only offered during the summer months and lasts from 10 to 12 weeks. Internships are available for first-year MBAs and first-year Masters and Undergraduates with a sophomore or junior ranking.
