Jeanette Rankin Women's Scholarship Fund Each year the Jeannette Rankin Foundation (JRF) awards grants to low-income women who have a vision of how their education will benefit themselves, their families, and their communities. By awarding scholarships to low-income women 35 and older, JRF provides opportunities for women nationwide to secure careers and break the cycle of poverty. The following factors, among others, are considered for each applicant: your goals, your plan for reaching your goals, challenges you may have faced, and your financial situation.
