Tri-Delta
Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarships
As
part of its mission to assist Tri Delta and her members, the Tri
Delta Foundation offers undergraduate and graduate scholarships
to collegians and alumnae each year. Scholarship criteria include
chapter and campus involvement, community service, academic achievement
and financial need.
Initially
established as the Service Projects in 1942, to date the undergraduate
scholarship program has awarded more than $1.5 million in scholarship
grants to our members. In 1988, the general undergraduate scholarship
fund became the Zoe Gore Perrin Undergraduate Scholarship Fund
in honor of Tri Delta's past president and chairman of the Service
Projects Fund.
In
addition to this fund, 50 independent scholarships established
by the Foundation and endowed by Tri Delta members, alumnae chapters
and friends, provide support to undergraduate members with scholarship
awards annually. All initiated members-in-good-standing are encouraged
to apply.
